It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the product, or if you encounter a problem that requires repair under warranty, we provide a simple, fast, and convenient process.


Product Return Policy

You may return a product and receive a refund or exchange it for another product within 14 business days from the moment the shipment is received. This is subject to the condition that the product has not been used and is packed in its original packaging.


Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products on the site come with a full one-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as unraveled stitching, malfunctions in zippers, etc. (Please note: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by unreasonable use).


How does it work? The return/warranty activation process in 3 simple steps:

  1. Fill in Details: Fill out the form below with your full details (name, phone, address, and order number). In the “Additional Details” field, please specify the reason for the request (Return/Exchange or Warranty claim).

  2. Review and Approval: A representative on our behalf will review the request and contact you via email to approve the process.

  3. Easy Shipping: If the request is approved, we will send a shipping label for you to print along with a list of drop-off points near your home. All you have to do is stick the label on the package and drop it off at the point most convenient for you.
