What are the delivery times and shipping details?
We are proud to partner with UPS to provide reliable and efficient delivery services. Your order will be delivered within 6 to 14 business days, ensuring a smooth and timely experience. Please note that any additional fees, such as shipping charges, will be added to the total cost and will be paid by the purchaser. If you need further assistance or have specific delivery preferences, feel free to reach out to us.
What is the return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
Returns:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To process a return, the item must be sent to the following address only:
8 Rabbi Ilowitzky Street, 4th Floor, Apartment 13 (Abargel on the door) Petah tikva, Israel.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or deliveries at collection points. Upon returning an item, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only, excluding shipping costs, as shipping is considered a service that has already been provided, per our terms and conditions.Order Cancellation:
For cancellations made prior to shipment, customers will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, it must be returned to the address specified above, in line with our return policy.
Additionally, please note that according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, upon cancellation of a transaction, a fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower — will be charged.
