Your order will be delivered within 6 to 14 business days, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
Please note that any additional fees, such as shipping charges, will be added to the total cost and will be paid by the purchaser.

About returns, exchanges and warranty
- Returns And Exchanges
You can return an item within 14 business days of delivery. The process is simple: Submit a request via our “Returns & Warranty” page with your order details. Once approved, we will email you a printable shipping label and direct you to a nearby drop-off point to send the package back to us easily.
warranty: All our products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects such as stitching or zipper issues. If you experience any such issues, please contact us through the website, and we will arrange a quick solution, including a convenient return method near your home.
- Order Cancellation:
For cancellations made prior to shipment, customers will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, it must be returned to the address specified above, in line with our return policy.
Additionally, please note that according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, upon cancellation of a transaction, a fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower — will be charged.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To process a return, the item must be sent to the following address only:
