Your order will be delivered within 6 to 14 business days, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.

Please note that any additional fees, such as shipping charges, will be added to the total cost and will be paid by the purchaser.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty to ensure your satisfaction. This warranty covers repairs for stitching issues, manufacturing defects, material flaws, and torn zippers. If a defect arises and cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement. Additionally, if a fault is discovered shortly after purchase, we may offer an immediate replacement. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations.

  • Returns and exchanges:
    Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To process a return, the item must be sent to the following address only:
    8 Rabbi Ilowitzky Street, 4th Floor, Apartment 13 (Abergel on the door).
    Please note that we cannot accept returns or deliveries at collection points. Upon returning an item, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only, excluding shipping costs, as shipping is considered a service that has already been provided, per our terms and conditions.

  • Order Cancellation:
    For cancellations made prior to shipment, customers will receive a full refund.
    If the product has already been shipped, it must be returned to the address specified above, in line with our return policy.

Additionally, please note that according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law,

upon cancellation of a transaction, a fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower — will be charged.
